Build and strengthen partnerships that support innovative person- directed planning and programming. Renew structures, programs and tools to increase engagement with families and supported individuals. Explore new strategies to expand shared understanding of system changes and access to the service system. Expand Partnerships across a range of sectors, strengthening collaboration and engagement with other organizations. As a transformational agency seek opportunities for collaboration.

ENSURING PROGRAM EXCELLENCE, CONTINUOUS INNOVATION AND STEWARDSHIP 

Prepare the Organization to demonstrate excellence through a well-defined quality framework, modernization of business systems and eventual participation in a recognized accreditation program. Develop new program models to support system transformation and meet emerging client needs – especially focused on youth and aging clients. Support innovative person-directed planning and programming.

INVESTING IN LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND EMPLOYEE WELLNESS

Enhance Governance and Board Succession planning approaches. Ensure that Organizational structure and roles support the emerging needs and success of the Organization. Develop staffing strategies that produce leaders and champions.
