We would like to welcome you to the Community Living Information Centre. We have a collection of over 400 items and articles of interest to people with developmental disabilities and those who support them. The resources cover the following areas: advocacy / human rights / abuse, community living, education, employment, family support, health & medical, housing, law, management, and recreation and leisure. The print items range in depth from general interest to research - oriented material; some written in clear language and others in an academic style. Some of the videos will support programs of integration in education and community living and are suitable for school and youth groups . Parents, families, teachers and professionals as well as individuals with developmental disabilities themselves should find something useful and helpful. Access to the internet is also available to people supported and their families.
