SPEAKERS: Jack Pearpoint and Lynda Kahn
Jack
and Lynda, Inclusion Press International (inclusion.com),
have over 60 years of combined experience working with persons with
developmental disabilities and person-directed planning. Jack is a co-creator
of person-directed approaches such as PATH, MAPS and Circles of Friends. As
partners in work and life, Jack and Lynda consult and learn with people with
developmental disabilities and their families, and organizations engaging in
positive change, through Planning events and workshops.

interested in learning more about person-directed planning
FINANCIAL
ASSISTANCE: for adults with developmental disabilities and their family members
will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis, including funding
for travel, accommodation, being accompanied by a support worker and/or respite
services.
