  • Quality Assurance
    The Quality Assurance Committee's mandate is to evaluate the effectiveness of the Association's services and supports and make recommendations that will improve the quality of life for people receiving support. This committee meets the second Wednesday of each month. It reports to the Board of Directors and is chaired by the Training and Development Manager - Mark Brown.


  • Personal Outcomes Measures Committee
    Supports all stakeholders to understand and utilize the Personal Outcome Measures tool and increase the quality of life of the people we provide support to.


  • Employee Relations Committee
    Created out of the Basic Assurance internal self assessment to support employees
